Shoudou Training (Japanese calligraphy) and Kanji Contest for High School Students in Semarang

To maintain cooperation with the community and to carry out one of the three Tri Dharma of higher education namely community service, the Japanese Literature S1 Study Program annually carries out routine activities programmed by the Faculty of Cultural Sciences of Diponegoro University in connection with community service based on study program competencies. In this semester the Japanese Literature S1 Study Program plans to visit the high school in Semarang and conduct a series of activities focused on kanji contests and shoudou training (Japanese calligraphy) for high school students. In addition to introducing Japanese culture, this activity is intended to be an introduction to the Japanese Literature S1 Study Program while promoting the Japanese Literature S1 Study Program to high school students in Semarang.
