It has been 13 years since Himawari was established as an organization that accommodates the spirit of Diponegoro University Japanese Language and Culture students from various generations. So many achievements and other beautiful memories have been engraved in Himawari’s journey since 2011. Of course, it is not an easy process that the organization goes through to reach this point.
As a flashback and strengthen the bonding between members, the 13th Himawari no Tanjoubi celebration was held on March 16, 2024. This celebration was held in the Multipurpose Building of FIB and was attended by all Himawari Simbion 2024 administrators, Sensei-gata, and active students of the Japanese Language and Culture Study Program.
The event began with the opening, followed by remarks from the supervisor of Himawari Simbion 2024, Ichlasul Ayyub S.S., M.Si, and Kaichou Himawari Simbion 2024, Arsyafa’at, who conveyed messages, impressions, and hopes for Himawari in the future. Remarks were also given by the Head of the Japanese Language and Culture Study Program, Zaki Ainul Fadli, S.S., M.Hum, through a video containing Himawari’s ambitions and ideals to remain the best organization in the Faculty of Humanities with a myriad of achievements. Hinota was enlivened by the performance of Kurabu Harukaze Odori and a talent show from each Himawari field.
From this 13th anniversary celebration, Himawari is expected to grow into an organization that embraces members to develop each other. Hinota is not just about celebration, but also as a precious moment to reflect, strengthen relationships and inspire its members.
