Pre-Basic Student Management Skills Training (LKMMPD) is the initial stage in regeneration that must be followed by all students. Activity Objectives 1. Introducing the environment of study programs, faculties, and universities.2. Introducing the regeneration flow at Diponegoro University. 3. Equipping students with leadership-based organizational skills. 4. Motivate and strengthen student self-management and cohesiveness in the class.

2. Student Creativity Program Assistance (PKM)
PKM mentoring is assistance for 2021 new students in the preparation of PKM activity proposals. PKM Advisory senior students together with new students preparing PKM proposals until uploaded to the DIKTI website.
Activity Purpose
1. Fulfill the obligations of the study program in order to support Diponegoro University to become a research university.
2. Introducing campus research to new students in 2021.
3. Reinforce the foundation of the research climate in the Japanese Language and Culture Study Program.
Forms of activity:
Preparation of PKM proposals and joint discussions.
Activity Target:
Active students of Japanese Language and Culture class 2018-2020 as supervisors and group leaders and new students of Language and Culture Japan batch 2021 as a member.

3. Benkyoukai
Benkyoukai is a group learning activity for new students who will be divided into several groups and accompanied by two shidousha (tutors) who are equipped with
syllabus and handouts.
Activity Objectives:
1. Helping new students of the Japanese Language and Culture Study Program in learning the Japanese language.
2. Motivate new students to learn Japanese.
3. Providing teaching experience to shidousha
(tutors).

4. Kurosuwaado no Hi (Koohi)

Kurosuwaado no hi is

crossword game with questions in the form of descriptions and answered in Japanese via Google Form at the end of every month through Himawari’s social media accounts and

the winner will get a prize in the form of e-money

  1. Adding new vocabulary in Japanese for Japanese Language and Culture Students and the general public.
  2. Presenting Japanese language learning in a way that

more fun.

5. Kurabu Creativity

Description of Activities:  Assisting Kurabu in carrying out open recruitment of new members and data collection of members, supervising and assisting Kurabu in solving problems, publishing Kurabu activities on Himawari social media, and held a Kurabu Gath.

Activity Purpose

  1. Knowing the constraints, and maximizing the activities and functions of the Kurabu.
  2. Improving the relationship between the fields of Talent and Culture and Kurabu.
  3. Strengthening the relationship between kuru in the Japanese Language and Culture Study Program.

6. Konshuu no Tarento (Konsaato)

Konshuu no Tarento (Konsaato) is a forum for Japanese Language and Culture Students to show their talents through the dissemination of works of art and literature uploaded to Himawari’s Instagram. The uploaded content is in the form of videos and images. Every 3 months, the post with the most likes will get

appreciation gift from Baday.

The purpose of this activity is to serve as a platform for students of the Japanese Language and Culture to

show talent
