In order to achieve the target of the Main Performance Indicators in the field of student achievement at both national and international levels, the Japanese Language and Culture Undergraduate Study Program, Faculty of Humanities, Diponegoro University has made various efforts, one of which is by sending student delegations to take part in various kinds of Japanese language competitions organized by Other institutions or universities in Indonesia.
In May 2021 the Japanese Language and Culture Undergraduate Study Program sent several students to take part in a Japanese language competition organized by the University of Riau. Some of the competitions that were followed:
1. Kanji contest
2. Japanese Speech Contest
3. Seiyuu competition/animated dubbing
4. Japanese singing competition
5. Japanese calligraphy competition
Among the competitions above, three of them were won by students of the Japanese Language and Culture Study Program, namely;
1. The 1st place in the Kanji competition was won by Rifqi Prasetya.
2. The 1st place in the Japanese speech competition was won by Audri Tsabitah
3. The 1st place in the animation dubbing competition was won by Salsabila Qutrunada.
The achievements of the three students above become a pride for the Japanese Language Study Program, Faculty of Humanities, Diponegoro University, and are expected to encourage other students to obtain the same achievements in various competitions, both national and international levels.
